Our newest building at Graystone Industrial Park, is nearly complete! The 175,000 square foot warehouse at 201 Prospect Drive is the second to be completed this year and sits next to the 65,000 square foot facility built before it that currently houses Kirkland’s, Inc.
With a 32 foot clear ceiling height, our newest warehouse has office space with restrooms and a break room area, nine dock doors with knockouts for additional doors, two 12′ x 14′ drive-in doors, 52′ x 50′ column spacing, energy-efficient, motion controlled LED lighting, plenty of employee parking and space for 200 trailers.
