Shockey Realty is committed to supporting local and regional civic projects. Recent projects include:

BERKELEY COUNTY BACKPACK PROGRAM

Shockey Realty Company and Berkeley Business Park Associates II has partnered with the Berkeley County BackPack Program, donating space at Shockey Commerce Center property in Martinsburg, West Virginia. It is estimated that one in six Berkeley County students are in need of help with food on weekends, holidays and summer breaks. The BackPack Program, made up of volunteers and sponsors, provides more than 650 bags of food, weekly, to these children in need. In 2014, more than $95,000 was raised and over 33,000 pounds of food was delivered through fundraisers, food drives and donations from area businesses, churches, schools and individuals, many of which include other Shockey Realty Company tenants. You can be a part of this great effort, as several of our tenants including Plygem, Hollingsworth Logistics, Rust-Oleum and Bayer Heritage Federal Credit Union are, with food, time or monetary donations or by holding fundraisers or food drives. PANHANDLE HOME HEALTH, INC.

We take pride in welcoming Panhandle Home Health (PHH) to our Shockey Commerce Center property in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Since 1976, PHH’s licensed staff of nurses, social workers, therapists and home health aides have made it possible for patients to remain in the comfort of their homes while receiving much needed health care by top notch, experienced professionals.
